Omnia Cronulla named finalist for both Apartment of the Year and Apartment Complex of the Year, 2021
Omnia Cronulla by Bronxx has been named a finalist in two categories in the prestigious 2021 HIA NSW Region Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards: 2021 Apartment of the Year and 2021 Apartment Complex. The awards recognise excellence in the construction and design of a residential apartment building project.
Named for their all-encompassing feeling of luxury and serenity, Omnia is a boutique collection of nine exclusive coastal sanctuaries that capture and reflect the harmony of their exquisite location at 45 Parramatta Street, South Cronulla.
Developed and built by Bronxx and designed by Innovate Architects, Omnia’s recognition by the industry is a testament to the team’s hard work and end-to-end project management.
Finalists will be judged according to set criteria including quality of workmanship, design effectiveness of the complex and apartments including environmental sustainability, innovation, visual and market appeal. The 2021 winners will be announced on November, 26 via a virtual event hosted by the HIA.

Bronxx has been a recipient of multiple awards most recently the Master Builder Association’s 2019 Housing in Excellence Award for Soul Cronulla and finalist for the HIA-CSR’s Housing Award for ‘Apartment of the Year’ and ‘Apartment Complex of the Year’ for Soul Cronulla.
