Our Bronxx Warranty

From the date of your Occupation Certificate, you’re covered by a six-year warranty on major defects (such as structural, fire rating and waterproofing) and a two-year warranty for minor defects in accordance with the Home Builders Act. In addition, fixtures and Fittings come with individual terms (provided during the handover).

How to submit a support request

If you need support, simply select your building below and email or call the appropriate team member using the contact details provided. Our trusted strata teams manage support requests for our newer buildings, and our internal Support Team handles all others. 

In your support request email, please provide:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Name of development and address (including unit number)
  • Your relationship to the property (e.g. owner-occupier, landlord, tenant)
  • Preferred access arrangements 
  • Repair request details including item number, room, location within room, description of defect.
  • Photos of issue where applicable. (We suggest sending photos in a separate email or using WeTransfer (a free online portal to easily send large image files)

Our teams do everything possible to respond to requests and queries within two business days.
